I love your new sandwich bread. I loved the sweetness factor but it still has very little sugar in the nutritional value….most GF breads out there are so hard and crumbly, but your bread is very moist, sweet and very palatable!!!  It is the best GF bread I ever tasted…..just fantastic….Thanks!!!!  I am sensitive to yeast and eggs and your bread is a great find!!!!  Don’t change a thing….
