We’ve added two new organic ingredients to our inventory: raisins & cocoa powder. Our raisin’ hemp muffins are now made with organic unsulphured raisins and our chocolate banana muffins are made with organic fair-trade cocoa that is also soy lecithin free.

As with everything we do here at the Bread Physics lab, our shipping process is also undergoing rigorous testing. We’ve just shipped our first case of sandwich bread to our friendly tester in Thousand Oaks. Before we start shipping elsewhere, we’ll see what kind of feedback we receive from her.
